1. The City Government of Pasay, through the Continuing Appropriations CY2022 and Non-Office Capital Outlay under Supplemental Budget No. 8 CY2025 as per Ordinance No. 09-03, S2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Five Pesos & 91/100 (Php 9,999,985.91) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of New Elevator and Rehabilitation of Elevator Façade at Pasay City Hall at FB Harrison Street, Pasay City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
