SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF NEGATIVE PRESSURE SYSTEM FOR LABORATORY MICROBIOLOGICAL SECTION

(SOLANO 158-2025)

1. The Local Government Unit of Solano, Nueva Vizcaya through PHILHEALTH General Appropriations Acts, intends to apply the sum of one million six hundred thousand pesos(P1,600,000.00) being the Approved Total Budget for the Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the supply and installation of negative pressure system for Laboratory Microbiological Section. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU Solano, Nueva Vizcaya now invites bids for the goods stated above. Completion period is required within sixty (60) days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the procurement. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
