• All materials and equipment to be used and installed hereunder shall be of the approved type bearing the stamp or approval of the proper authorities concerned. Locally made or constructed materials shall first be approved before installation.
• Where the Supplier proposes to use an item of equipment other than that specified or detailed on the drawings, which requires any redesign of piping, wiring or any other part of the mechanical, electrical or architectural layout, all such redesign and all new drawings and detailing required therefore, shall be prepared by the Supplier at his own expenses and approved by the Project Architect or End-User.
