1. The Local Government Unit of Anao, through its authorized appropriation under the CY 2023 Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Five Pesos and 90/100 (Php 964,675.90) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project Supply and Installation of Grid Connected Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power System in the New Municipal Building located at Barangay Poblacion Anao, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
