1. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee and through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Four Pesos and 02/100 (₱3,326,864.02) being the Total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Fans and Blowers Including G.I. Duct, Grilles/Louver, Single Controller Panel and Feeder Line for the Powerhouse and Medical Gas Plant (Rebid), 1 Lot.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
