-10 tons ceiling concealed split type-220V/3hp/60hz.-With wired remote controller.

-Including labor and materials.

-With energy efficiency performance rating of at least 5 and
above.

Provide equipment energy label guide (yellow Tag).

Warranty:

With (1) one year warranty on parts and services and (5) five
years on compressor.

-With (2) Two free preventive and cleaning maintenance sessions
for one year after installation.-Availability of service center within Tagbilaran City.
