1. The Municipality of Palo, through the General Fund Approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (P3,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Customized Government Financial Management Software for the Accounting, Budget, Treasury and Administrative Offices of the Municipality of Palo, Leyte with JR No. 22-08-370. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
