“SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF CLOSED-CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) SYSTEM”
1. The Municipal Government of Mamburao, through Municipal Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (PhP 430,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) System (Contract ID No. PB-GOODS-2502). The period for the performance of obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Mamburao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply and Delivery of Goods requires Twenty (20) Calendar Days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the period February 21, 2023 to February 20, 2025 a contract similar to the Project.
