Invitation to Bid

Supply and Installation of CCTV System for the use of City Government of Kidapawan

1. The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Office of the City Mayor Infra Support Program (100-02-01-001-5) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy Eight Thousand Five Hundred Eighty Seven and 88/100 (Php9,978,587.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of CCTV System for the use of City Government of Kidapawan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)....
