Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF BRAND-NEW AIR CONDITIONING UNITS INCLUDING PANEL BOARDS AND FEEDER LINE

ITB No. 2025-53

1. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee and through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos (₱1,904,980.00) being the Total ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Installation of Brand-New Air-Conditioning Units including Panel Boards and Feeder line, 1 lot.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
