The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum for ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT PESOS (Php127,188.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF AIRCONDITIONING SYSTEM for Improvement of Senior Citizens Facility at PSWDO Building, Capitol Hill, City of Mati, Davao Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
