1. The Provincial Government of Palawan, through the 20% Development Fund (OBR No. 300-25-02-00896) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php 2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 50KVA SINGLE PHASE GENSET WITH FEEDER LINE AND CONSTRUCTION OF POWER HOUSE IN LINAPACAN THREE IN ONE LARGE SCALE RURAL HEALTH UNIT located at BRGY. SAN MIGUEL, LINAPACAN, PALAWAN (Project Reference No. B2 GF PEO 25-02-025). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
