Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 30KW SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM TO DIGITAL INNOVATION CENTER (ITB-2025-002)
1. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES VISAYAS, through the UPSA REPROGRAMMED FUNDS 1356TH BOR MTG (EARMARKED 2021-04-179) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT AND 82/100 PESOS (P3,860,298.82) being the ABC to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 30KW SOLAR PANEL SYSTEM TO DIGITAL INNOVATION CENTER (ITB-2025-002)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES VISAYAS now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
