1. The Barangay Cogonon, through the APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT
(ABC) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P450,000.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract
“Supply and Installation of 300W Integrated Led Solar Street Light Industrial
Type”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Cogonon, now invites bids for the Supply and Installation of 300W
Integrated Led Solar Street Light Industrial Type. Delivery of goods is required Sixty
(60) days from the starting date of receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed. Bidders
