Invitation to Bid

SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 15 KWP HYBRID SOLAR ROOFTOP AT MDRRMO/CCTv ROOM, BARANGAY POBLACION, TAPAZ, CAPIZ

1.The Municipality of Tapaz, through the 5% LDRRMF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱ 900,00.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of 15 kwp Hybrid Solar Rooftop at MDRRMO/CCTv Room, Barangay Poblacion, Tapaz, Capiz with ID No. 008-2025-I. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipality of Tapaz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
