1. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HINAG-OMAN, FERROL, ROMBLON, through the 5% GAD FUND CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 180,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF 12-UNIT SOLAR STREETLIGHTS WITHIN THE BARANGAY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT UNIT OF HINAG-OMAN, FERROL, ROMBLON now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by TEN (10) DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF THE NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
