The Bataan Peninsula State University, through the General Fund 2024 and Retained Income Fund (RIF) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Forty-one Thousand and Eight Hundred Ninety Pesos Only (Php2,841,890.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Year-End Package for Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) Teaching and Non-Teaching Employees for 2024 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
