INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of X-ray Machine with Digital Radiography
1. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro, through the AB CY 2025 - SB1 Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Six Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 6,200,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of X-ray Machine with Digital Radiography for the use of DdOPH-Pantukan- DdOPH-Pantukan with Purchase Request No. 25-4106 under Bid No. B-25-0183 REBID. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Davao de Oro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
