1. The NATIONAL FOOD AUTHORITY (NFA), through the Corporate Operating Budget for 2025, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 5,411,000.00) inclusive of VAT being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of CY 2025 Requirements of Woven Polypropylene (WPP) Empty Sacks for Palay and Rice for the National Food Authority (NFA) Region IX. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
