  GENERAL CONDITIONS:
  
  1. The supplier must have Meat Inspection Certificate from the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Fisheries (DVMF) and National Meat Inspection Services (NMIS) and other food safety protocols for its operation.
  2. PAGCOR has the right to return half cooked / spoiled or stale lechon found during delivery. Replacement of item/s shall be on the same day within two (2) hours from receipt of notification from the end-user
  3. The price indicated should be VAT Exclusive, Zero-Rated Transaction. Payment shall be based on actual deliveries and should not exceed the total contract cost or approved budget.
  4. The supplier must ensure that the lechon is crispy and fully cooked upon delivery or replacement will be made on the date and time agreed by both parties.
  5. The Supplier shall ensure that the Lechon will be prepared and freshly cooked on the same day of the delivery.b...
