1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY 2026-PSS CORN intends to apply the sum of Twenty - Five Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱25,950,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for ITB No. 05-GOODS-PB-CORN 2026, as follows:
