INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WELFARE GOODS TO BE SERVED TO VICTIMS OF DISASTERS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2025 (SUBJECT TO FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT)

1. The City of Caloocan, using a Framework Agreement, through the General Fund of the 2025 Annual Executive Budget under the Sangguniang Panglungsod Ordinance No. 1121 s. 2024 , intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Pesos (₱2,999,980.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply And Delivery Of Welfare Goods To Be Served To Victims Of Disasters For Calendar Year 2025 (Subject To Framework Agreement).

Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.
