  Description : NOTICE OF SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT
  
  PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through its 2026 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (Php117,900.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Welding Machine and Welding Rod for Mine 4 Coal Project (“Project”), through Section 34. Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009. Delivery of goods shall be within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and Notice to Proceed (NTP) to PNOC EC Field Office, KM 9, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay.
  
  PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications (TR) for complete details.
