FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS
MKWD PUBLIC BIDDING NO. 2025-001
1. The METRO KIDAPAWAN WATER DISTRICT (MKWD) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to bid in accordance with the provisions of the Revised IRR of R.A. 9184 on the use of the Approved Guidelines on the use of a Single Year Framework Agreement (Outright Determination of Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid) under GPPB Resolution No. 27-2019, using the Account No.762 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Forty-five Thousand Pesos (PHP4,645,000.00) inclusive of all applicable government taxes being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Metro Kidapawan Water District (MKWD), through the Account No.762 intends to apply the items as follows:
