Description : 1.The City Government of Sipalay, through the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) - Region 6 under the DOLE Integrated Livelihood Program (DILP), have received funds amounting to TEN MILLION PESOS (P 10,000,000.00) and intends to apply the amount of One Million Eight Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Pesos (P 1,829,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Water Sports Equipment for Sipalay Integrated Kabuhayan Agri-ecotourism Project (SIKAP) for Sipalay City, Negros Occidental (CGS-2025-G030). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
