INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATER PURIFICATION FACILITY SYSTEM FOR LGU, BIRI, NORTHERN SAMAR

1. The LGU, Biri, Northern Samar, through the DOST funds, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 (Php 320,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and delivery of Water Purification Facility System for LGU, Biri, Northern Samar for ITB No. 2025-02-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU Biri now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 15 CD or 15 days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
