Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VHF/UHF HANDHELD RADIOS
1. The Philippine Coast Guard, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY-2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million One Hundred Ninety Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and 57/100 (Php20,190,255.57) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of VHF/UHF Handheld Radios. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of VHF/UHF Handheld Radios. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
