Description : 1. The Polomolok Water District, through the Government of the Philippines under the Corporate Budget for the Contract approved by the Board for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS & 00/100 ONLY (PHP 658,000.00), inclusive of VAT and all other applicable government taxes, fees and other charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PB 25-13, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VERTICAL MULTI - STAGE PUMP, VFD MOTOR CONTROLLER AND SURGE PROTECTION. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.

2. The Polomolok Water District now invites Bids from MANUFACTURERS/SUPPLIERS & ELIGIBLE BIDDERS for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VERTICAL MULTI - STAGE PUMP, VFD MOTOR CONTROLLER AND SURGE PROTECTION. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order.
