Public Bidding No. 2026-03-058
1) The Province of Guimaras through the REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE-TRANSPORTATION AND EQUIPMENT (5-02-13-060) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty-three Thousand Pesos Only (₱ 123,000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VEHICLE TIRES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Province of Guimaras now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VEHICLE TIRES using the Lowest Calculated Bid as the Award Criteria and None for the Procurement Strategy. Delivery of the Goods is required on within ten (10) calendar days upon receipt of approved NTP. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
