1. The Provincial Government of Davao Oriental through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION, ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO PESOS (Php3,138,852.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of VEHICLE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE use for Provincial Equipment for Construction/Rehab/Improvement of Provincial Roads and other Facilities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.
