MUNICIPALITY OF BAAO
INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VEHICLE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES FOR LGU VEHICLES (GSO)
1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX PESOS (P 155,826.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VEHICLE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES FOR LGU VEHICLES (GSO), 2025-101-GDS-2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAAO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules... - Documents :
