1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025-MCRA intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Five Hundred Sixteen Pesos (Php1,831,516.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 06-GOODS-AMIA 2025, as follows:

(inclusive of VAT)
1 Vegetable Seeds ₱1,481,516.00
2 Agricultural Supplies 350,000.00
GRAND TOTAL ₱1,831,516.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is allowed.
