Description : The Environmental Management Bureau-10 through the approved National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos (Php 5,774,659.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PR No. 2025-10-339 Supply and Delivery of Various Technical and Scientific Equipment of The Regional Environmental Laboratory. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1) The Environmental Management Bureau-10 now invites bids PR No. 2025-10-339 Supply and Delivery of Various Technical and Scientific Equipment of The Regional Environmental Laboratory using the Annual Procurement Plan FY 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
