The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Three Pesos & 50/100 (Php 3,954,923.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of various supplies and materials for enhancement and refurbishment of Pasay City's Christmas Decoration at Pasay City Hall Complex & Selected areas & offices, City Streets & Health Centers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
