Description : The PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), through the 2025 Corporate Budget (Indicative) intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Pesos (PhP1,212,820.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges with the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Spare Parts for Mine 3 Coal Project (2 lots). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Lot 1- Submersible Pumps Spare Parts
ABC: Php852,820.00

Lot 2- Air-Driven Pumps Spare Parts
ABC: PhP360,000.00

The PNOC EC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply and delivery of goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
