  Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Office (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (P3,488,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following contract:
