1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for CY 2025-MCRA intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (Php1,259,400.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for ITB No. 05-GOODS-AMIA 2025, as follows:

Lot 1 - Ready to Lay Mallard Duck (500 heads) - ₱250,000.00
Lot 2 - Ready to Lay White Leghorn - ₱1,009,400.00
GRAND TOTAL ₱1,259,400.00

Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
