Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2022 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of One Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP155,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Various Portable Gas Detectors for PNOC EC Head Office. The items shall be delivered at PNOC EC Bldg. 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City within Sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of Purchase Order.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Technical Specifications for complete details.
