Description : The Local Government Unit - Quinapondan, Eastern Samar, through the Bids & Awards Committee (BAC ), intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Four Pesos (Php897,934.00) under the approved Annual Budget Appropriation Ordinance, series of 2026 of the Local Government Unit of Quinapondan, Eastern Samar, specifically from the allocation from the 20% EDF, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Supply and Delivery of Various Plumbing/Piping Materials for the Improvement/Rehabilitation of water distribution & Water Meter Connections. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
