Description : 1. Western Visayas Medical Center through the CY 2025 Revolving Funds or Drugs and Medicine intends to apply the sum of Forty Five Million Twenty One Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five Pesos and 62/100 Only (Php 45,021,625.62) being the ABC to payments under the contract for IB No. DM 2025-01B Supply and Delivery of Various Pharmaceuticals. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
2. The Western Visayas Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required to commence within fifteen (15) calendar days or as per delivery schedule after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, equivalent to at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
