(Early Procurement Activities)

1. The Philippine Children-s Medical Center (PCMC) through the proposed Corporate Operating Budget (COB) CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thirty-Eight Million Eighty-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fourteen Pesos and 28/100 (Php238,085,814.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for the following projects. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
