1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the
2026 National Expenditure Program and Income intends to apply the sum of FOUR
HUNDRED FORTY-THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED SIX THOUSAND SEVEN
HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS AND NINETY CENTAVOS (PHP 443,106,775.90)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS,
MEDICINES AND CONTRAST MEDIA (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The ITRMC now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS
PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS, MEDICINES AND CONTRAST MEDIA (EPA) using
the Early Procurement Activity (EPA). Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of nine
(9) months, on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders
