1. The Rizal Medical Center, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Two Hundrred Sixty Six Pesos (PhP 4,249,266.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Oral Nutritional Supplements for CY 2025- Negotiated Procurement under Section 53.1 (Two Failed Biddings under ITB No. 2025-302. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
