1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the RA 12116 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT Regular 2025 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of PESOS: Six Million Four Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine & 50/100 (PHP6,448,999.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Office Supplies for The Official Use of MMDA Offices for CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
