General Requirements
A. Items offered must be brand new and of commercial-grade quality
B. Items offered must comply with BPS/ISO or equivalent quality standards
C. Assembly and testing will be allowed at the CHR premises.

Delivery Terms:
1. The supply and delivery must be completed within Forty-Five (45) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Below is the place of delivery:

2. Late deliveries shall be subject to penalties per provisions of the procurement law;
3. CHR technical Staff with the presence of the supplier-s authorized representative shall subject the delivered items to inspection prior to acceptance. Defect unit/s shall be replaced within seven (7) calendar days;
4. Incidental expenses in the delivery shall be shouldered by the supplier.
