1. The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized appropriations under GAA intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN PESOS AND 60/100 ONLY (P715,397.60) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS OFFICE DEVICE AND EQUIPMENT FOR CY 2025 with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-B-168. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The RITM-BAC now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Projects.
