. The Zamboanga City Medical Center using a single -year for a duration of One (1) year Framework Agreement, through the Regular GAA Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php 13, 857, 353.00 corresponding to the total cost of each item to be bid out, and the / 2503-GOODS-05A being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The Zamboanga City Medical Center now invites bids Supply and Delivery of various Nuclear Reagents (Framework Agreement) (FY 2025). Delivery of the Goods is required within one (1) year from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) or until the exhaustion of the maximum quantities, after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
