1. The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE REGIONAL OFFICE VII, through the QRF FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos and 39/100 (PhP9,996,675.39) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Non-Food Items (NFIs) for Region VII (EPA).
