1. The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE - XII, through the downloaded QRF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY & 40/100 (PhP 9,997,550.40) being the total Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) for the procurement of four (4) lots as follows:
