The Metropolitan Cebu Water District (MCWD), through Corporate Operating Budget for the Contract approved by the Governing Boards for the year 2025 intends to apply the sum of PESOS: FOUR MILLION THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (PhP 4,359,500.00) being the aggregate Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement for the Supply And Delivery of Various Motor Soft Starters, Compact Smart Relay, and Pressure Transmitter. Bids received in excess of the ABC per P.R. shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
